Price, Payment and Delivery

1. The price of the goods shall be as stipulated in Desi Mitahara’s current List Price on their website, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. The delivery date of the purchased goods will be intimated by DESI MITAHARA only after the successful acceptance of the offer to buy any goods/products, and the same shall be communicated to the buyer.
3. The delivery of goods may or may not be free of charge, subject to certain conditions stipulated from time to time by DESI MITAHARA.
4. Desi Mitahara reserves the right to decline any order if there are suspicions regarding the veracity of the customer, if the order is incomplete, or due to the non-availability of goods.
5. Desi Mitahara shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or claim if an order is declined for any reason.
6. In case of an error in the description or price of goods in the catalogue/website, Desi Mitahara reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price, and the buyer shall be obligated to pay the correct price.
7. The buyer shall not cancel the order or refuse to accept the delivery of the goods.
8. If there is a price variation, DESI MITAHARA shall communicate with the buyer to confirm the correct prices before finalizing any order.
9. DESI MITAHARA accepts no liability for any errors or omissions on its behalf.
10. The delivery address provided by the buyer/user must be correct and accurate in all respects, as DESI MITAHARA shall not be responsible for any delivery delays due to an incomplete address.
11. It is explicitly informed that DESI MITAHARA will arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer/user only after the receipt of payment.
12. Any and all orders placed by the buyer/user on this site are considered a firm commitment to purchase, and the buyer/user is obligated to complete the transaction without contesting it in any way.
13. Before placing an order, the buyer/user is advised to carefully check the product description.

Warranty

Desi Mitahara warrants that the Goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by Desi Mitahara; otherwise, Desi Mitahara will seek approval from the buyer for any changes.

Limitations

Desi Mitahara shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, exceeding the price of the Goods ordered. Furthermore, Desi Mitahara shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Buyer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Buyer, howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation, failure to meet any estimated delivery date, or otherwise.
