  1. Return & Replacement Policy

All food items sold on www.desimitahara.com are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a full replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified by our team, a replacement order will be processed promptly.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Custom or same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • Product was received damaged or spoiled.
  • A confirmed cancellation was not processed as promised.
  • Product was not delivered due to an issue from our side.

Refunds will be:

  • Processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Issued only after a quality check and verification by our customer care team.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
